  • Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade

  • Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce

  • White pepper

  • Black garlic powder

  • Coarse Kosher Salt

  • Sesame seeds - for garnish

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.

  • Step 2

    Lightly salt chicken. Mix Teriyaki marinade with the bbq sauce, white pepper, and black garlic powder. Pour mixture over chicken and seal.

  • Step 3

    Set some sauce aside for serving.

      Remove from bag and serve with sauce that was set aside.

    • Step 1

      Can use sesame seeds for garnish
