Ingredients
- Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade
- Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
- White pepper
- Black garlic powder
- Coarse Kosher Salt
- Sesame seeds - for garnish
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 160.0ºF / 71.1ºC.
- Lightly salt chicken. Mix Teriyaki marinade with the bbq sauce, white pepper, and black garlic powder. Pour mixture over chicken and seal.
- Set some sauce aside for serving.
- Remove from bag and serve with sauce that was set aside.
- Can use sesame seeds for garnish
