1 tspn Garlic salt
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 Bay leaves or 100 grams of dried lily flower
3 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of cracked black pepper

Step 1
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate pork.

Vacuum seal marinate and pork.

Step 3
Keep in the bath at 160F for 36 hrs.

Step 4
Sauce will bring it all together. Boil juice until thick. Should be like sweet and soury taste.

While reducing juice keep pork hock in oven at 325F and covered with foil until ready to serve.
