Ingredients
- 1 tspn Garlic salt
- 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 Bay leaves or 100 grams of dried lily flower
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- Pinch of cracked black pepper
Directions
- - Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate pork.
- Vacuum seal marinate and pork.
- Keep in the bath at 160F for 36 hrs.
- Sauce will bring it all together.
Boil juice until thick. Should be like sweet and soury taste.
- While reducing juice keep pork hock in oven at 325F and covered with foil until ready to serve.
