Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.

Step 2
Place 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper on one side of each steak

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the opposite side of each steak

Vacuum seal the steak(s)

Step 5
Save in the refrigerator until ready to cook

Place vacuum bag in a 6-8 Qt (6-7.5L) container of water with the Anova Wand inserted

Heat a charcoal grill or a wide frying pan or something you can get to very high heat

Sear the steak(s) on both sides, about three minutes per side
