Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.
  2. Place 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper on one side of each steak
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the opposite side of each steak
  4. Vacuum seal the steak(s)
  5. Save in the refrigerator until ready to cook
  6. Place vacuum bag in a 6-8 Qt (6-7.5L) container of water with the Anova Wand inserted

  1. Heat a charcoal grill or a wide frying pan or something you can get to very high heat
  2. Sear the steak(s) on both sides, about three minutes per side
