Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.0ºF / 53.9ºC.
- Place 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper on one side of each steak
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the opposite side of each steak
- Vacuum seal the steak(s)
- Save in the refrigerator until ready to cook
- Place vacuum bag in a 6-8 Qt (6-7.5L) container of water with the Anova Wand inserted
- Heat a charcoal grill or a wide frying pan or something you can get to very high heat
- Sear the steak(s) on both sides, about three minutes per side
