Strawberry And Cranberry Jam
Ingredients for 8
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry pectin
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.
Add ingredients into large ziplock
Place ziplock bag into water and water seal. Clip to pan
Set timer to 90 minutes
When timer finished,remove from water and let cool to room temperature. Then place in airtight container, and refrigerate up to 1 mos. Can also be canned in hot water bath.
