Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dry pectin
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.
- Add ingredients into large ziplock
- Place ziplock bag into water and water seal. Clip to pan
- Set timer to 90 minutes
- When timer finished,remove from water and let cool to room temperature. Then place in airtight container, and refrigerate up to 1 mos. Can also be canned in hot water bath.
