Ingredients for 2
2 x sirloin steaks
2 tsp salt
4 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
Directions

Step 1
Mix the seasoning ingredients together in a bowl

Spread over and rub into both sides of the steaks

Step 3
Add the steaks to a vacuum sealed or ziplock bag, and cook in the Anova for 30 mins at 54 degrees

Step 4
Remove the steaks from the bag and sear for 30 seconds on each side

Step 5
Let the steaks sit for 2 minutes
