Any steak I prefer ribeye
Fresh flat leaf parsley 2 cups minced
Fresh oregano handful minced
Bulb garlic minced
1 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
Pinch red wine vinegar

Step 1
Combine Chimmchiri ingredients. Spoon 1/4 over the steak. Seal in bags. Reserve the balance in the fridge for use at the table. Submerge and bring to 120 degrees. Sear on grill or in cast iron skillet 1 minute each side.
