  1. Combine Chimmchiri ingredients. Spoon 1/4 over the steak. Seal in bags. Reserve the balance in the fridge for use at the table. Submerge and bring to 120 degrees. Sear on grill or in cast iron skillet 1 minute each side.

Finishing Steps

  1. Grill or sear 1 minute each side. Spoon the refrigerated Chimmchiri on steak at table as desired.
