3x 8oz New York Strip
Salt
Pepper
Thyme/Rosemary
Butter
Garlic
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 139.5ºF / 59.7ºC

Step 2
Season steak on all sides with salt and pepper.

Step 3
Add steak to sealed bag and place sprig of thyme or rosemary on both sides and garlic and/or shallots if using.

Step 4
Sous vide per suggested time (139.5F for 1 hour for Medium)

Stovetop

Step 0
Heat cast iron pan with some herbed butter and garlic cloves

Step 1
Sear steak on each side to desired crust. 1min per side. Bathe with the herbed butter.

Serve immediately with some herb butter on top

Serve with a side of mashed potatoes.
