Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 139.5ºF / 59.7ºC
  2. Season steak on all sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Add steak to sealed bag and place sprig of thyme or rosemary on both sides and garlic and/or shallots if using.
  4. Sous vide per suggested time (139.5F for 1 hour for Medium)

Stovetop

  1. Heat cast iron pan with some herbed butter and garlic cloves
  2. Sear steak on each side to desired crust. 1min per side. Bathe with the herbed butter.
  3. Serve immediately with some herb butter on top
  4. Serve with a side of mashed potatoes.
