  • Butter

  • Preferred seasonings

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC

  • Step 2

    Season or marinade steak with preferred seasonings.

  • Step 3

    Put up to two steaks in vacuum or gallon ziplock bag.

  • Step 4

    Place butter pads on top of steak and seal bags.

  • Step 5

    Place in water and cook for an hour and a half

    • Stove Top

      Pre-heat cast iron or stainless steel pan over high heat with 1 tbs of preferred oil.

    • Step 1

      Place steaks in pan with melted butter from the bag.

    • Step 2

      Sear steaks for one to one and a half minutes on both sides, spooning butter over steaks to baste.
