Basic recipe for steak.

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
  2. Season or marinade steak with preferred seasonings.
  3. Put up to two steaks in vacuum or gallon ziplock bag.
  4. Place butter pads on top of steak and seal bags.
  5. Place in water and cook for an hour and a half

Stove Top

  1. Pre-heat cast iron or stainless steel pan over high heat with 1 tbs of preferred oil.
  2. Place steaks in pan with melted butter from the bag.
  3. Sear steaks for one to one and a half minutes on both sides, spooning butter over steaks to baste.
