Ingredients
- Steak
- Butter
- Preferred seasonings
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
- Season or marinade steak with preferred seasonings.
- Put up to two steaks in vacuum or gallon ziplock bag.
- Place butter pads on top of steak and seal bags.
- Place in water and cook for an hour and a half
Stove Top
- Pre-heat cast iron or stainless steel pan over high heat with 1 tbs of preferred oil.
- Place steaks in pan with melted butter from the bag.
- Sear steaks for one to one and a half minutes on both sides, spooning butter over steaks to baste.
