  • 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 4 Tablespoons cottage cheese

  • 4 Strips crispy bacon

Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine all cheeses and eggs in a blender and purée to a smooth consistency.

  • Step 2

    Spray small 4 canning jars with oil and pour in mixture.

  • Step 3

    Add chopped bacon into jars and seal

  • Step 4

    Remove eggs from the jars when they are done.
