  1. Combine all cheeses and eggs in a blender and purée to a smooth consistency.
  2. Spray small 4 canning jars with oil and pour in mixture.
  3. Add chopped bacon into jars and seal
  4. Remove eggs from the jars when they are done.

Finishing Steps

  1. Sprinkle additional shredded Gruyere cheese on top, and broil until they just turn brown.
