Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 Tablespoons cottage cheese
- 4 Strips crispy bacon
Directions
- Combine all cheeses and eggs in a blender and purée to a smooth consistency.
- Spray small 4 canning jars with oil and pour in mixture.
- Add chopped bacon into jars and seal
- Remove eggs from the jars when they are done.
Finishing Steps
- Sprinkle additional shredded Gruyere cheese on top, and broil until they just turn brown.
