Ingredients for 4

  • Eggs 4

  • Monterey Jack 1/4cup

  • Cottage cheese 4tbsp

  • Gruyere 1/4cup

  • Bacon 2 pieces

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167.0ºF / 75.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Fry bacon

  • Step 3

    Mix all ingredients except bacon in blender

  • Step 4

    Grease 4oz mason jars

  • Step 5

    Put 1/2 piece bacon in each jar and distribute mixture evenly

  • Step 6

    Sous Vide 40minutes

    • Broil

    • Step 0

      Transfer to baking sheet and broil high until golden

    • Step 1

      Serve with arugula side salad
