Healthy meal prepping using my Anova Sous Vide

Temperature : 167F / 75C

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167.0ºF / 75.0ºC.
  2. Fry bacon
  3. Mix all ingredients except bacon in blender
  4. Grease 4oz mason jars
  5. Put 1/2 piece bacon in each jar and distribute mixture evenly
  6. Sous Vide 40minutes

Broil

  1. Transfer to baking sheet and broil high until golden
  2. Serve with arugula side salad
