Starbucks Eggs
Just like the bacon gruyere Sous Vide eggs at Starbucks!

Ingredients
- Eggs 4
- Monterey Jack 1/4cup
- Cottage cheese 4tbsp
- Gruyere 1/4cup
- Bacon 2 pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167.0ºF / 75.0ºC.
- Fry bacon
- Mix all ingredients except bacon in blender
- Grease 4oz mason jars
- Put 1/2 piece bacon in each jar and distribute mixture evenly
- Sous Vide 40minutes
Broil
- Transfer to baking sheet and broil high until golden
- Serve with arugula side salad
