Ingredients for 12

  • 12 eggs

  • 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese

  • 2-1/4 cup shredded gruyere

  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

  • 12 breakfast sausage links

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    Crack 12 eggs into blender

  • Step 3

    Add 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese to blender

  • Step 4

    Add 2-1/4 cup shredded cheese to blender

  • Step 5

    Add 1 teaspoon seasoning salt to blender

  • Step 6

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce

  • Step 7

    Blend until smooth

  • Step 8

    Spray inside of mason jars with cooking spray

  • Step 9

    Cut breakfast sausage links in half and place in jars

  • Step 10

    Pour blended mixture into jars. Leave 1/4” space at the top

  • Step 11

    Wipe off rim and outside of jars. *Finger tip tighten*

  • Step 12

    Cook for 1 hour

      Let cool on countertop

    • Step 1

      Run butter knife along inside edge, tip over, then gently shake out the egg

    • Step 2

      If reheating from cold, microwave for 30 seconds
