Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites
This is a copy cat Starbucks sous vide egg bites recipe. Replace the sausage with whatever you’d like.

Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 2-1/4 cup shredded gruyere
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 12 breakfast sausage links
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.
- Crack 12 eggs into blender
- Add 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese to blender
- Add 2-1/4 cup shredded cheese to blender
- Add 1 teaspoon seasoning salt to blender
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce
- Blend until smooth
- Spray inside of mason jars with cooking spray
- Cut breakfast sausage links in half and place in jars
- Pour blended mixture into jars. Leave 1/4” space at the top
- Wipe off rim and outside of jars. *Finger tip tighten*
- Cook for 1 hour
- Let cool on countertop
- Run butter knife along inside edge, tip over, then gently shake out the egg
- If reheating from cold, microwave for 30 seconds
