Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites

This is a copy cat Starbucks sous vide egg bites recipe. Replace the sausage with whatever you’d like.

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.
  2. Crack 12 eggs into blender
  3. Add 1-1/2 cups cottage cheese to blender
  4. Add 2-1/4 cup shredded cheese to blender
  5. Add 1 teaspoon seasoning salt to blender
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce
  7. Blend until smooth
  8. Spray inside of mason jars with cooking spray
  9. Cut breakfast sausage links in half and place in jars
  10. Pour blended mixture into jars. Leave 1/4” space at the top
  11. Wipe off rim and outside of jars. *Finger tip tighten*
  12. Cook for 1 hour

  1. Let cool on countertop
  2. Run butter knife along inside edge, tip over, then gently shake out the egg
  3. If reheating from cold, microwave for 30 seconds
