Rosemary
Garlic
Butter
Salt
Pepper

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 137.0ºF / 58.3ºC.

Step 2
Pan sauté rosemary, garlic and butter

Step 3
When slightly cooled put onto roast along with salt and pepper.

Shrink wrap

Step 5
When ready place in sous vide cooker

Remove from sealed vacuum bag

Pat dry

Sear with flame torch
