Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 137.0ºF / 58.3ºC.
  2. Pan sauté rosemary, garlic and butter
  3. When slightly cooled put onto roast along with salt and pepper.
  4. Shrink wrap
  5. When ready place in sous vide cooker

  1. Remove from sealed vacuum bag
  2. Pat dry
  3. Sear with flame torch
