2 Pound Boneless Chuck Roast
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic - minced
William Sonoma Black Truffle Rub
Pink Himalayan salt
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132ºF / 55.6ºC
Cover with olive oil and rub the additional indigence over the roast. Place in the bag and depress all air. Place in the heated water and clip in place.
Slice and serve! There was enough broth to make a lovely gravy.
