Ingredients
- 2 Pound Boneless Chuck Roast
- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Garlic - minced
- William Sonoma Black Truffle Rub
- Pink Himalayan salt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132ºF / 55.6ºC
- Cover with olive oil and rub the additional indigence over the roast. Place in the bag and depress all air. Place in the heated water and clip in place.
