Ingredients for 0

  • 2 marinated pork loin chops separately bagged

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set temperature to 140F. Once the water is up to temperature place your vacuum sealed bags of pork chops in the WSU we bath.

  • Step 2

    Cook for 1.5 to 4 hours.

  • Step 3

    Once completed take the chop(s) out of the bag and Pat dry with paper towels.

  • Step 4

    Heat a cast iron pan or BBQ. If you are using a cast iron pan heat a tablespoon of canola oil an a couple tablespoons of butter and a couple cloves of garlic thinly sliced until just starting to brown. Remove the garlic donut doesn’t burn and place your pork in the pan. Sear for 2 minutes on both sides.

  • Step 5

    Take the chops out of the pan and cover with aluminum foil and rest for 5 minutes.

      Optional: While the chops are resting turn the pan down to medium and add another tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of mustard of choice and a couple tablespoons of heavy cream. Stir and serve over the pork chops.
