Souvlaki Marinated Pork Loin Chops

This is a delicious way to cook your 1.5” tho k boneless pork loin chops. They can be purchased at Costco with the marinate already on the chops.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set temperature to 140F. Once the water is up to temperature place your vacuum sealed bags of pork chops in the WSU we bath.
  2. Cook for 1.5 to 4 hours.
  3. Once completed take the chop(s) out of the bag and Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Heat a cast iron pan or BBQ. If you are using a cast iron pan heat a tablespoon of canola oil an a couple tablespoons of butter and a couple cloves of garlic thinly sliced until just starting to brown. Remove the garlic donut doesn’t burn and place your pork in the pan. Sear for 2 minutes on both sides.
  5. Take the chops out of the pan and cover with aluminum foil and rest for 5 minutes.

Finishing Steps

  1. Optional: While the chops are resting turn the pan down to medium and add another tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of mustard of choice and a couple tablespoons of heavy cream. Stir and serve over the pork chops.
