Souvlaki Marinated Pork Loin Chops
This is a delicious way to cook your 1.5” tho k boneless pork loin chops.
They can be purchased at Costco with the marinate already on the chops.

Ingredients
- 2 marinated pork loin chops separately bagged
Directions
- Set temperature to 140F. Once the water is up to temperature place your vacuum sealed bags of pork chops in the WSU we bath.
- Cook for 1.5 to 4 hours.
- Once completed take the chop(s) out of the bag and Pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat a cast iron pan or BBQ.
If you are using a cast iron pan heat a tablespoon of canola oil an a couple tablespoons of butter and a couple cloves of garlic thinly sliced until just starting to brown. Remove the garlic donut doesn’t burn and place your pork in the pan. Sear for 2 minutes on both sides.
- Take the chops out of the pan and cover with aluminum foil and rest for 5 minutes.
Finishing Steps
- Optional: While the chops are resting turn the pan down to medium and add another tablespoon of butter, a tablespoon of mustard of choice and a couple tablespoons of heavy cream. Stir and serve over the pork chops.
