2 turkey breast tenderloins, 1 ½ to 2 pounds total
Directions

Step 1
Attach an Anova Precision Cooker to a vessel of water and set the temperature to 145°F (62.8°C).

Step 2
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey tenderloins. Place the turkey tenderloins in a vacuum-seal or freezer-style zipper-lock bag. Seal the bag using the water displacement method or a vacuum sealer.
-
Step 3
Place the bag in the water bath and cook for 2 hours.
-
Finishing Steps
-
Step 0
After 2 hours, remove the bag from the water bath and take the turkey tenderloins out of the bag.
-
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
-
Step 2
Sear the turkey tenderloins for about 1 to 2 minutes per side or until they are nicely browned.
