Ingredients for 4
1 tri tip steak
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
Season steak with salt and pepper. Place in resealable ziplock style bag.
Place in water bath and sous vide for 2 hours.
Heat cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add oil until it smokes.
Remove steak from bag. Dry well. Place in hot pan and sear for 1 minute per side.
Remove, slice against grain, and serve!
