Sous Vide Tomahawk Ribeye

Ingredients for 1
1 tomahawk or bone-in ribeye, 1.5-2" thick
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
Season steaks with salt and pepper
Place steaks in vacuum bag.
Sous vide for 4 hours.
Remove steaks from bag, pat surface dry.
Place steaks on grill (does not have to be on). Sear steaks until dark and charred with torch or flamethrower!
