Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper
  3. Place steaks in vacuum bag.
  4. Sous vide for 4 hours.

Flamethrower Finish

  1. Remove steaks from bag, pat surface dry.
  2. Place steaks on grill (does not have to be on). Sear steaks until dark and charred with torch or flamethrower!
