- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
- Season steaks with salt and pepper
- Place steaks in vacuum bag.
- Sous vide for 4 hours.
Flamethrower Finish
- Remove steaks from bag, pat surface dry.
- Place steaks on grill (does not have to be on). Sear steaks until dark and charred with torch or flamethrower!
