Ingredients for 0

  • Baby Back Ribs

  • Favourite BBQ Rub

  • Apple juice

  • Favourite BBQ sauce

  • Freshly cracked black Pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Himalayan pink salt or kosher salt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Remove the baby back ribs from package

  • Step 2

    Pat dry with paper towel

  • Step 3

    Flip them over so the bone is facing you, and pull off the membrane using a paper towel and the back of a spoon to help you

  • Step 4

    Garnish with salt, pepper & garlic, on both sides, then add your favourite spice rub (be careful with salt because many ribs already have added salt)

  • Step 5

    After cooking it sous vide, warm up your smoker at its lowest setting (if Traeger 165 with super smoke on) and cook for 2 hours

  • Step 6

    Every hour during the 2 hour cook, open and spritz it with apple juice

  • Step 7

    Now coat it with your fav BBQ sauce, and let it sit for 15 minutes with the smoker on to caramelize the sauce.

    Serve and enjoy
