Sous Vide Smoked Baby Back Ribs
BBQ rub’d Baby back ribs! Sous vide for 14H then smoked in pellet grill for 2-3 hours

Ingredients
- Baby Back Ribs
- Favourite BBQ Rub
- Apple juice
- Favourite BBQ sauce
- Freshly cracked black Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Himalayan pink salt or kosher salt
Directions
- Remove the baby back ribs from package
- Pat dry with paper towel
- Flip them over so the bone is facing you, and pull off the membrane using a paper towel and the back of a spoon to help you
- Garnish with salt, pepper & garlic, on both sides, then add your favourite spice rub (be careful with salt because many ribs already have added salt)
- After cooking it sous vide, warm up your smoker at its lowest setting (if Traeger 165 with super smoke on) and cook for 2 hours
- Every hour during the 2 hour cook, open and spritz it with apple juice
- Now coat it with your fav BBQ sauce, and let it sit for 15 minutes with the smoker on to caramelize the sauce.
- Serve and enjoy
