Sous Vide Smoked Baby Back Ribs

BBQ rub’d Baby back ribs! Sous vide for 14H then smoked in pellet grill for 2-3 hours

  1. Remove the baby back ribs from package
  2. Pat dry with paper towel
  3. Flip them over so the bone is facing you, and pull off the membrane using a paper towel and the back of a spoon to help you
  4. Garnish with salt, pepper & garlic, on both sides, then add your favourite spice rub (be careful with salt because many ribs already have added salt)
  5. After cooking it sous vide, warm up your smoker at its lowest setting (if Traeger 165 with super smoke on) and cook for 2 hours
  6. Every hour during the 2 hour cook, open and spritz it with apple juice
  7. Now coat it with your fav BBQ sauce, and let it sit for 15 minutes with the smoker on to caramelize the sauce.
  8. Serve and enjoy
