Ingredients for 4

  • 1 Maui Nui Rack of Venison

  • Meat Church Holy Cow or your choice of rub


  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC

  • Step 2

    Season venison and seal rack in vacuum bag

  • Step 3

    Place in water bath and sous vide for 2 hours.

      Get grill or cast iron pan blazing hot.

    • Step 1

      Remove venison from bag and pat dry. Place onto chosen sear surface and sear for 1 minute a side.

    • Step 2
