Meat Church Holy Cow or your choice of rub

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC

Season venison and seal rack in vacuum bag

Step 3
Place in water bath and sous vide for 2 hours.

Get grill or cast iron pan blazing hot.

Remove venison from bag and pat dry. Place onto chosen sear surface and sear for 1 minute a side.
