  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
  2. Season venison and seal rack in vacuum bag
  3. Place in water bath and sous vide for 2 hours.

  2. Remove venison from bag and pat dry. Place onto chosen sear surface and sear for 1 minute a side.
