Ingredients for 6
1 large can pumpkin
1 egg plus 3 egg yolks
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c each white and brown sugar
(optional) whipped cream
(optional) candied nuts
6 - 4 oz canning jars

Step 1
Set your Anova Precision Cooker to 175F

Step 2
Mix 1 large can of pumpkin, 2 tbsp flour, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 egg plus 3 egg yolks, sugar and 1 can evaporated milk well

Pour mixture into 6 - 4 oz jars, seal tight then place in water bath for 1 hour

Step 4
Remove jars from water bath and cool in fridge for 8 hours
