Ingredients for 4
1 cup dry Polenta
1 tsp kosher salt
5 tbs unsalted butter
4 cups Reduced sodium Chicken broth
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180ºF / 82.2ºC

Combine all ingredients in large ziplock bag. Seal using water immersion technique

Place bag in water bath and allow to cook for 4 hours
