Ingredients for 4

  • 1 cup dry Polenta

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 5 tbs unsalted butter

  • 4 cups Reduced sodium Chicken broth

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180ºF / 82.2ºC

  • Step 2

    Combine all ingredients in large ziplock bag. Seal using water immersion technique

  • Step 3

    Place bag in water bath and allow to cook for 4 hours

      Gently squeeze bag to ensure that any unmixed butter is mixed into Polenta if necessary.

    • Step 1

      Remove contents from bag and serve immediately.
