Ingredients
- 1 cup dry Polenta
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 5 tbs unsalted butter
- 4 cups Reduced sodium Chicken broth
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180ºF / 82.2ºC
- Combine all ingredients in large ziplock bag. Seal using water immersion technique
- Place bag in water bath and allow to cook for 4 hours

- Gently squeeze bag to ensure that any unmixed butter is mixed into Polenta if necessary.
- Remove contents from bag and serve immediately.
