Ingredients for 2

  • Picanha steak

  • Salt

  • Beef rub of your choice

  • Canola oil for searing

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129°F / 53.9°C

  • Step 2

    Season picanha and place in resealable ziplock bag.

  • Step 3

    Sous vide for 4 hours.

      Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat, add oil, wait until smoking and sear steak for one minute per side.
