Ingredients for 12

  • Zest of 8 large oranges

  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme

  • 1 cup (8.3 oz) ultrafine sugar

  • 1 cup (237 ml) water

  • 1 cup (237 ml) vodka

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set the Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180°F.

  • Step 2

    Add all ingredients to a plastic zip-seal bag and cook for 90 minutes.
