Sous Vide Orange-Thyme Liqueur
This quick and easy orange-thyme liqueur is perfect as a summer beverage. When mixed with club soda and served on ice, it becomes a refreshing, herbal cocktail.

Ingredients
- Zest of 8 large oranges
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 cup (8.3 oz) ultrafine sugar
- 1 cup (237 ml) water
- 1 cup (237 ml) vodka
Directions
- Set the Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180°F.
- Add all ingredients to a plastic zip-seal bag and cook for 90 minutes.
Finishing Step
- Strain out and discard orange zest and thyme. Store in an air-tight container for up to one month.
