Sous Vide Lobster Tail
Ingredients for 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
Place lobster tails, butter, and salt/pepper in a resealable ziplock bag.
Place in water bath and sous vide for 1 hour.
Remove lobster tail from bag. Carefully remove lobster from shell.
Serve on top of your favorite pasta recipe for a perfect dinner in!
