- Lobster tails
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
- Place lobster tails, butter, and salt/pepper in a resealable ziplock bag.
- Place in water bath and sous vide for 1 hour.
Finishing Steps
- Remove lobster tail from bag. Carefully remove lobster from shell.
- Serve on top of your favorite pasta recipe for a perfect dinner in!
