Sous Vide Lobster Rolls

Ingredients for 2
2 lobster tails
4 split top buns, toasted
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
Remove lobster meat from shell. Place in vacuum bag with a knob of butter and salt.
Sous vide for 1 hour.
Remove lobster from water bath. Remove from bag and roughly chop.
Place lobster in bun, spooning warm butter and chives over to serve.
