Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
  2. Remove lobster meat from shell. Place in vacuum bag with a knob of butter and salt.
  3. Sous vide for 1 hour.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove lobster from water bath. Remove from bag and roughly chop.
  2. Place lobster in bun, spooning warm butter and chives over to serve.
