Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- Butter
- Chives
- Salt
- 4 split top buns, toasted
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130ºF / 54.4ºC
- Remove lobster meat from shell. Place in vacuum bag with a knob of butter and salt.
- Sous vide for 1 hour.
Finishing Steps
- Remove lobster from water bath. Remove from bag and roughly chop.
- Place lobster in bun, spooning warm butter and chives over to serve.
