Ingredients for 2

  • Lamb Chops

  • 1 tsp rosemary dried

  • 2 tbsp salted butter

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.8ºF / 56.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Seal the chops in the bag using immersion technique to remove all air

  • Step 3

    Set timer for 2-4 hrs

  • Step 4

    Make the Sauce just prior to chops being removed from bag

  • Step 5

    Makethe sauce by softening the butter in a microwave and stirring in the garlic and onion powder

      Remove the chops from the bag and pat dry

    • Step 1

      Coat the chops with the sauce

    • Step 2

      Sear the chops in very hot preheated pan until golden brown. About 30 sec/side
