  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.8ºF / 56.0ºC.
  2. Seal the chops in the bag using immersion technique to remove all air
  3. Set timer for 2-4 hrs
  4. Make the Sauce just prior to chops being removed from bag
  5. Makethe sauce by softening the butter in a microwave and stirring in the garlic and onion powder

  1. Remove the chops from the bag and pat dry
  2. Coat the chops with the sauce
  3. Sear the chops in very hot preheated pan until golden brown. About 30 sec/side
