Lamb Chops with Garlic Herbed Butter

Ingredients
- Lamb Chops
- 1 tsp rosemary dried
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper seasoning
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.8ºF / 56.0ºC.
- Seal the chops in the bag using immersion technique to remove all air
- Set timer for 2-4 hrs
- Make the Sauce just prior to chops being removed from bag
- Makethe sauce by softening the butter in a microwave and stirring in the garlic and onion powder
- Remove the chops from the bag and pat dry
- Coat the chops with the sauce
- Sear the chops in very hot preheated pan until golden brown. About 30 sec/side
