Ingredients for 1

  • Boneless short ribs

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Korean BBQ Sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165ºF / 73.9ºC

  • Step 2

    Season short ribs with salt and pepper. Place in vacuum bag or resealable ziplock bag.

  • Step 3

    Place in water bath and sous vide for 24 hours.

      Remove short ribs from bag and pat surface dry. Glaze with Korean bbq sauce.

    • Step 1

      Heat pan over medium-high heat. Sear short ribs 1-2 minute on each side, glazing with BBQ sauce until sticky and caramelized.
