Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165ºF / 73.9ºC
  2. Season short ribs with salt and pepper. Place in vacuum bag or resealable ziplock bag.
  3. Place in water bath and sous vide for 24 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove short ribs from bag and pat surface dry. Glaze with Korean bbq sauce.
  2. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Sear short ribs 1-2 minute on each side, glazing with BBQ sauce until sticky and caramelized.
