Ingredients
- Boneless short ribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Korean BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165ºF / 73.9ºC
- Season short ribs with salt and pepper. Place in vacuum bag or resealable ziplock bag.
- Place in water bath and sous vide for 24 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove short ribs from bag and pat surface dry. Glaze with Korean bbq sauce.
- Heat pan over medium-high heat. Sear short ribs 1-2 minute on each side, glazing with BBQ sauce until sticky and caramelized.
