Ingredients for 2

  • 2 bottles apple cider

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 tbs (15 mL) maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) black peppercorns

  • 2 tbs (30 mL) juice from an orange

Directions

  • Step 1

    Put all the ingredients together in a bag, fold the top of the bag over a couple of times and clip to the edge of your water bath - cook at 140F (60C) for 60 minutes.
