2 bottles apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbs (15 mL) maple syrup
1/2 tsp (2.5 mL) black peppercorns
2 tbs (30 mL) juice from an orange
Directions

Put all the ingredients together in a bag, fold the top of the bag over a couple of times and clip to the edge of your water bath - cook at 140F (60C) for 60 minutes.
